Welcome to Elite Cakes & Buffets, a well established business located near the market town of Bury St Edmunds in the heart of Suffolk, serving customers throughout East Anglia for over 30 years. I am now providing Wedding Cakes for second generation clients.

I supply traditional, modern and cupcake celebration cakes for all occasions with Weddings being a large part of my business.

Functions for all occasions from traditional buffets to formal wedding receptions to vintage afternoon teas. All our functions are individually tailored to your needs.

I can supply all the china, cutlery, glassware and table linen for your special day.

About Us

I have been in the catering industry for over 40 years, starting in a local tea room then hotel management and started my own business in 1988.

Here at Elite Cakes & Buffets I offer a personal service to all of my customers, along with a team of dedicated trained staff which assures you of the best attention for any function.

I work from home which is registered with St Edmundsbury Borough Council which I have gained a Food Hygiene rating of 5 stars, the highest achievable.

I use, where possible, locally sourced products with meat selected from local high quality butchers and free-range eggs from our village farm.

I have been a tutor of sugarcraft for the West Suffolk College in Bury St Edmunds and I am also the founder and active member of the Bury St Edmunds Sugar Art Association.
