Andrea DaveyI have been in the catering industry for over 35 years, starting in a local tea room then hotel management and started my own business in 1998.

Here at Elite Cakes & Buffets I offer a personal service to all of my customers, along with a team of dedicated trained staff which assures you of the best attention for any function.

I work from home which is registered with St Edmundsbury Borough Council which I have gained a Food Hygiene rating of 5 stars, the highest achievable.

I use, where possible, locally sourced products with meat selected from local high quality butchers and free-range eggs from our village farm.

I have been a tutor of sugarcraft for the West Suffolk College in Bury St Edmunds and I am also the founder and active member of the Bury St Edmunds Sugar Art Association and regularly demonstrate sugarcraft to local groups.
